About

The aims of the Grievance-Redressal cell (GRC) are to look into the complaint lodged by any stakeholder/ stakeholders of the college regarding the academic and non-academic matters through e-mail and grievance box. The purpose of GRC is to develop a transparent, responsive attitude among the stakeholders in order to maintain the present educational environment and to solve the grievances lodged by the stakeholder/stakeholders within a stipulated time.

Objective

The objectives of the GRC have been developed for better working environment among the student-teachers and to settle the grievances lodged by the any stakeholder/ stakeholders.

Grievance

Grievance is a formal complaint regarding academic and non-academic matters.

Causes of Grievances:-

• Unsatisfactory academic policies

• Availability of books and library facilities

• Facilities regarding sports

• Teaching-learning environment

• Process of continuous evaluation and internal examination related issues

Scope

The stakeholder/stakeholders can complain their grievance about any academic and non-academic issues related to:

• Certain misgiving about condition of sanitization, preparation of food and hygiene in Canteen and academic related issues

• Library related issues

• Infrastructure of classroom

• Sports related issues

• Continuous teaching-learning evaluation process

• Coordination of students and teachers

Lodge a complaint

Procedure for Lodging the Complaint: 

The stakeholder/ stakeholders can lodge their complaint through the following process:-

• By using the email id: [email protected] 

• To drop the letter in the grievance box (Location : Student Canteen and in front of Administrative Building)

• They can directly contact to the members of the cell (Their identity will kept secret)
