Documents Required

The following Self-Attested Photocopies (Self-Attested Xerox Copies) are to be submitted by the applicants at the college:

1. One Self-attested Copy of Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as proof of age.
2. One Self-attested Copy of Mark-sheet of the Higher Secondary (H.S.) or equivalent examination.
3. School Leaving Certificate in Original.
4. One Self-attested Copy of S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. Certificate (for S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. Candidates) from District Magistrate or Sub-Divisional Officer. No certificate from other authorities will be accepted for this purpose.
5. One Self-attested Copy of PH Certificate, wherever required.
6. Two recent passport size photographs. (Self-attested)
7. Migration Certificates in original for students other than W.B.C.H.S.E. board

**   ALL THE PHOTOCOPIES OF THE APPLICANT SHOULD BE SELF-ATTESTED BY THE APPLICANT HIMSELF/ HERSELF.

Documents to be verified:
The following original documents of the applicants are needed to be verified:

1. Applicant’s Online Registration Form/Application Form.
2. Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as proof of age.
3. Mark-sheet of the Higher Secondary (H.S.) or equivalent examination.
4. School Leaving Certificate.
5. C. / S.T. / O.B.C. Certificate (for S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. Candidates) from District Magistrate or Sub-Divisional Officer. No certificate from other authorities will be accepted for this purpose.
6. Migration Certificates in original for students other than W.B.C.H.S.E. board
7. PH certificate (if applicable).
8. Payment Receipt of Admission fees.
